Deadline ballots are due at the NLRB
DATE by which ballots will be mailed by the NLRB: Friday, April 9th, 4:15PM EDST, 2021
DATE by which a replacement ballot must be requested from the NLRB if not received or lost: Tuesday, April 20th, 2021
DATE ballots must be received by the NLRB: Friday, May 7th, 1:00pm, 2021

NOTE: Voters will be provided with return pre-addressed, pre-paid Priority Mail envelopes at the expense of the NLRB. Voters must return their ballots by either U.S. Mail or using the provide Priority Mail envelopes.
The Regional Office will maintain a list of the USPS tracking information regarding the Priority Mail envelopes. Each voter will be provided with their individual USPS tracking information. Such information will not be shared by the Regional Office with the union or the company during the conduct of the election.
